"Room was hot all night. Temp would only go down to 64 and air automatocally was off most of the night. No way to set air in room to where it would continuously run. When air stopped running room was hot and and very uncomfortable. In adfition, no way for desk to lower temp in room. Clerk at front desk when checking in wasn't the most friendly (at 9:30 pm). "Air conditioning seemed to have a relatively wide range between the cooling trigger and hitting the set temp, the bathtub is very slippery, and the mini fridge is basically a micro fridge. Also, being right next to i240, it was very loud at night from the road noise. That being said, the staff was wonderful and accommodating and the breakfast was decent. A very new feeling building and a decent stop."

"Fairly new and fresh! We were more than happy with our room and service. Amber was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet went beyond our expectations, bacon, scrambled eggs, waffles, egg and sausage biscuits, oatmeal and serials. Did I mention bacon! I don't drink coffee, but my wife was impressed, and she is picky! My wife saw a person arriving to the breakfast area after the breakfast hours and the food was..."

"Friendly staff, breakfast was always well stocked, everything was clean although the carpet in the room seems to have some shampoo residue on it as it had a slight sticky feeling to it. Room had thin walls (could hear people in next room all the time) and housekeeping did a minimal effort at cleaning the room during the stay. Bed was okay. Pool room air temp was kept way too cold, needed a jacket to sit in there comfortably."
